2006UCI國際登山車賽開鑼！美利達巨星—貓女Gunn-Rita Dahle，又是一面倒，開季二連勝！
第一場比賽是4月1日在加勒比海的庫拉索島Curacao Is.舉行，貓女贏第二名的德國Sabine(Specialized)1分38秒（cyclingnews報導）；男子組則是捷安特的荷蘭Bart Brentjens，慢21秒第二名是Bianchi的法國Julien Absalon。
第二場比賽則是在5月13-14日在西班牙馬德里舉行，貓女又贏第二名的西班牙的Margarita有1分55秒；男子組則是Bianchi的法國Julien Absalon驚險獲勝，只領先第二名的Specialized的瑞士Christoph Sauser0.1秒，第一場冠軍捷安特Bart掉到第10名。
